These Villa's fit their name like a glove, PARADISE Holiday Homes!! Awesome layout, perfect facilities inside and outside, swimming pool was a life saver and our host family was awesome. These villas catered ALL our needs for our group of 19 people. We loved that it was tucked away in the forest of Rarotonga so we had the best of both worlds. The beach and bush of this beautiful island. Big Bob was always a phone call away and we saw Lil Bob on the daily doing maintenance of the 4 villas. Our group flight bookings changed 4 times since July 2022 and Big Bob was always accommodating. Our host family also did a supermarket shop before we landed on the island so it was ready and in our villas when we landed. It was the small things that really counted for us. The unit we stayed in was spacious and has a beautiful view to the well manicured tropical garden and a pool.We felt extremely relaxed and found the stay more than pleasant. Each unit is independent has lots of privacy and not noisy at all. Rob is a fantastic local guide with great insights of the island. He was also very helpful and provided us bikes and snorkeling gear. If you are like us, being the first time on the island, remember to book a car/scooter well in advance. Otherwise, traveling to the town center could be a bit far by bike.

The Villa has direct access to the the beach and you can enjoy the view of the astonishing Muri Lagoon. Also, the location is perfect to explore the island of Rarotonga and enjoy the Muri Night Market. There is a convenient 24h shop within 2 min walking. Complementary kayaks and bycicles were a plus! Definitely reccommended!

Apartment is very spacious, big living room, batch and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. One twin and one matrimonial bedroom, the matrimonial one with a great view and balcony. Yes, it is a little run down and it may need a refreshing but everything was in good working order and mattress quality and sheets were great. Fully functional kitchen with all the utensils, spices, dish soap, etc. Great pool as the beach in front is not swimmable, too many rocks. Great use of kayaks to go to the motu just in front where the beach is just lovely. Staff very very kind and professional. A rental car is very recommended, 5 minutes drive to Muri lagoon and 10 minutes to town (Avarua). Would for sure come again, highly recommended.

A really great location with easy parking for a rental car. The property was not right on the beach, but the access was super-short, and the beach was AMAZING! The Villa was well-stocked in the kitchen, and we had all we needed after collecting our breakfast supplies from the shop close by. The living, bedroom, and patio areas also offered everything we needed. Loved the washer and little extras like water shoes, life jackets, snorkles and fins, beach loungers, and kayaks for guest's use.
