Such a wonderful well maintained complex…we had a gorgeous duplex one bed ,ultra modern apartment with fab view of the sea ..We we’re on the top floor,but had a lift .Right beside the beech ,no problem with access,and great selection of restaurants near by ..staff in the office complex we so good ,polite and couldn’t be more helpful.Couldn’t recommend it highly enough…we’ll be definitely back.

Una sistemazione fantastica. La posizione è centrale in Playa de Las Americas, si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge e tutti i punti interessanti del posto. Attraversando la strada vi è un fornitissimo supermercato. La vista, la pulizia e la tranquilità dell'appartamento sono eccezionali. Lo stesso dispone di tutto il necessario per una vacanza comoda. Last but not least...la gentilezza, l'ospitalità e la disponibilità del proprietario (Lorenzo) rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

I loved my stay in the penthouse and wish that I could have stayed longer. The cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none, the apartment was pristine when I arrived. The view of the ocean from the balcony was the highlight. Michael was a very attentive, communicative host. I would love to stay here again someday.

Stylish apartment in the middle of bars and restaurants. We love location but it’s way too noisy at night to get a good sleep. Hope apartments building is being renovated. Pool area was nice and quiet. Would stay again but would need an ear plugs 😉

Spectacular views over the town, out to sea & perfect to watch sunsets from the many different vantage points. The ground floor is perfect for group dining, BBQ, dining area & large sofa. The top floor is the main living/breakfast area with kitchen & access to the pool from the front. We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!

The two main aspects that attracted me to this apartment were the view and the location. This year I traveled a lot, but I didn't find any other location so equipped. The owner sent me a video with all the check-in details and it was very easy to get there. I plan to come back to Tenerife with my wife this fall and I will definitely come back here. Thank you, grade 10!
