The flat was superbly organised and beautifully clean. Every little detail had been attended to from clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the city centre, to guidance on letting ourselves in when we reached. We were very comfortable and would recommend this property as ideal for a small family or group of three visiting Edinburgh.

It was a great experience to be staying in a caravan. The unit is clean, towels are crisp clean, all necessary kitchen utensils are available, wifi is strong, good water heaters, beds are comfortable and the host Peter is very kind and nice! The nearest bus station is about 12 mins walk. It will take you an hour to travel going to the city center, but you get to see the neighboring towns and see interesting sights. Overall, we had a relaxing stay in the caravan.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

Absolutely welcoming B&B, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lynne prepared an extensive breakfast with amazing handmade scones. The room was very nice and spatious. We wholeheartedly recommend to stay here and wish Lynne & Robert all the best for their upcoming renovation!

Great location, could walk or catch the bus to the city. Lovely spacious apartment with great kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Instructions were easy to follow. Convenient and secure parking on site. It was a great finish to our trip to Scotland!!

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it.
