The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

A perfect hidden Gem with lovely garden view! Everything is perfect! Owners very friendly and location is Super, just a nice stroll along the coastal path to St Ives!

The room we stayed in had an amazing view over the beach. The owners were wonderful and very friendly. The location of the guest house was very central but still quiet.

The property was to a high standard and was very clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It’s about a 20 min walk into the town up a steep hill but we didn’t have a problem with this and there are buses and taxis available. Communication with the owner Anne was great and I would definitely recommend the apartment.
