Emma, the owner was so charming and helpful in every way. The twin room was small but completely adequate for our needs, spotless and welcoming. Breakfasts were made to suit every requirement with delicious and healthy choices.

The apartment was beautifully clean, decor was great, and we had everything we needed and more. It is so lovely. On arrival there was milk in the fridge, as well as cold drinks. A bag of ice in the freezer! Wow they had thought of everything. There was also a bowl of fresh fruit in the living room. The apartment is bright and spacious. With off street parking. Seriously what more could you want. Honestly I would score 11 if I could. It was a short walk to the high street, where there are lots of lovely restaurants and pubs. We booked for our sons wedding, which was postponed, but we decided to have a short break anyway, so pleased we did. Definitely booking for next year.

Great location in close proximity to the Southend Beaches. Neil and Teresa are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast menu. Room was nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Thanks a lot for a great stay!
