Our hostess was lovely! It was very easy to communicate with her and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The Villa was charming and our room was great--especially the views of the lake. The table and chairs outside were wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine and the views. The location was perfect --we could easily walk to restaurants and it was so convenient to the ferry to take day trips to Menagio or Bellagio. I would recommend this Villa if you want to experience old world Italian charm.

Reti rakstu vai vērtēju, bet šoreiz tas ir svarīgi. Tiešām perfekta vieta, ja vēlies izbaudit Italiju un Komo ezeru. Viss sākās ar burvīgo saimnieci Nicola 🫶 Mūsu ierašanās sakrita ar vietējiem Svētkiem un milzīgu cilvēku daudzumu, bija problēma ar auto novietošanu, bet Nicola nemirkli nebija vienaldzīga un visu sakārtoja uz 100%!!! Paldies vēlreiz!! Blakus Komo ezera viena no pērlēm Varenna, lieliskas kafe un restorāni. Sava romantiska peldvieta pie pašas Il Mulino. Iesaku šo vietu!

We like absolutely everything about this accommodation: lovely owner Alexandra who was kindly answering to all our questions far before our arrival, met us at the day of check in and provided us with all necessary information about destination. She was also available online and quickly replies to all our requests. You will have even printed “Bible” with short description of each sight, each restaurant, gelateria, places for breakfast, museum, villa and, what was really important, schedule of boat trip within neighbor cities. Also at the accommodation you will have free welcome drinks, snacks and big choice of coffee capsules. Coffee machine and washing machine available for free. Apartments were super clean and well designed. Owners have really good taste 😊😍 We went to Como to celebrate my Birthday and accommodation was really good bonus and met all our expectations! Grazie mille, Alexandra! Wish you just nice and kind guests!

While we had many different accommodations during our recent travel to Europe this VRBO set the bar. Alfina, the host, was generous and hospitable welcoming us with such kindness assuring all our needs were met. She provided breakfast items and charcuterie meats for food during our stay in addition to thoughtful gifts (bottle of wine, pistachio cream). Secure private location with great landscaping. Layout of unit with comfortable beds and 2 baths were perfect for our family.

We liked everything here. The couple running the b&b are very nice abd made sure that we felt comfortable. The property is very close to the train station as well as the ferry terminal. The breakfast had lots of stuff, bread butter, croissants, freshly cut fruits etc and was set-up at their beautiful garden :)

From the moment Mary kindly collected us from the station, to the beautiful vases of freshly cut roses in the apartment, we knew we were in for a treat at Casa Mary. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped, in a great location and the terrace has the most breathtaking views over Lake Como and the hills behind Varenna. Roomy for two, perfectly fine for four, you'd be hard pressed to find a better base for exploring Lake Como. Proximity to the ferry is a great advantage and the short walk along the promenade into Varenna is delightful.
