I stayed here twice. The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.

Świetna lokalizacja! W pobliżu znajduje się wszystko czego potrzebuje turysta :) dodatkowo jest to najbezpieczniejsza dzielnica, więc śmiało można spacerować nawet nocą. Hotel znajduje się w starym budynku ale jest mała winda. Pokój był czysty (zawsze zwracam na to szczególną uwagę), a łóżko i poduszki bardzo wygodne. Podsumowując: • najlepsza, raczej bezpieczna dzielnica • super lokalizacja! • bardzo czysto! • wygodne łóżko! • udogodnienia w przestrzeni wspólnej: filtrowana woda, mikrofalówka, sztućce, herbata/kawa

The family who ones the place is so friendly, empathic and welcoming. It's very special. I loved the area since it's not as touristy like Miraflores. It has super cool cafes and great restaurants. Also it's walkable to the Malecon where you can have a great sunset. It's the perfect place. I enjoyed my stay there a lot.

Breakfast was fabulous. Very varied. It was difficult to decide what to eat as everything was great. We highlight the avocado sandwiches!!! The rooms were big with an exceptional kitchen which allowed us to have dinner there so that we didn´t have to go out every night. Location is great. Just one block from Larco Av. and 5 or 6 to Larcomar Shopping center. We highly recommend stopping at TANTA there. Food is great. Just opposite the Apart Hotel you have EL PUNTO AZUL another great place to have lunch or dinner. It is very popular so that we recommend that you get there early before 1pm to be sure to get a table. People at the hotel were very kind and helped us through in all we needed. If we return to Peru this is our spot.
