Very nice place in the middle of the nature near Aveiro. They have a very big, green yard and a swimming pool. The breakfast was good and they offered fruits and coffee outside breakfast hours.

This place looks and feels brand new...because it is. The building is only 2 years old ! We loved this place. We spent 40 days in Portugal, seven different apts, and this one was our favorite. The owner is a very special person, very helpful. Very tastefully decorated, full kitchen, very nice bathroom, excellent bed quality, with a large size ( between an American king/queen ) . The balcony is a really nice bonus. Location is exceptional. An elevator, so you have to deal with only 3 steps. A day trip from Porto does not do this town justice. Figure at least one night overnight, and an extra if you are going to the nearby beach. Plus, this city is mostly flat, not too many inclines to deal with !! Really, for what the owner charges, along with the quality, I doubt you will find a better deal in the entire city center. Tip....when you get a map from the tourist center, the streets in gray are the most interesting, and those are the streets you should focus on.

The breakfast was amazing, we were the only two guests staying in the property, but a big buffet was prepared for us anyways. Our host was very friendly and accomodating. The garden is extremely beautiful and we ended up spending a lot of time at the property and just relaxing in the garden :) There is not much to do in the village, but it is close to Aveiro and the beaches of Costa Nova (10-20 minutes by car). Everything was extremely clean and the room was very nice!

The apartment was very cosy, modern, fully equipped and clean. We appreciated very much the position, in the heart of the old town, the presence of a minimarket, restaurants and cafeterias a few steps away from the apartment. Although we didn't meet the host in person, I can say that she was very kind, helpfu, and very responsive via messages. The self check-in was very easy. My kids and I loved our time at Moliceiros II. We will definitely book again when visiting Aveiro a second time.

The Pingo Doce supermarket at the ground floor, the parking that was entirely safe , the location so close to the center, how clean the apartment was, how close to all the major points of interests in Aveiro I was actually.

Fabulous location. Short walk to the old town and plenty of restaurants.

We liked how cute it was. Clean, comfortable and that there is a washer. Free parking on the premises is amazing. Close to good restaurants and shops. Walking distance to sights.
