The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

Set 650 metres from the lake, Sasso Boretto, Luxury Holiday Apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a bar. Lovely with flat with amazing heating and pool. Very comfortable in cold weather! The host, Eliana, was amazing, too.

Really enjoyed everything. The best place to stay in Ascona. Location is very central and yet quiet and cosy. Common bathroom, room and all facilities are impeccably clean. Breakfast was great and had many choices. The host Ulisse is very nice and does a wonderful job to make you feel welcome. Ideal for couples for a romantic weekend getaway in Ticino 😊

Located 20 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore in Minusio, Osteria La Riva offers a room with a balcony and lake views. The restaurant serves traditional and international cuisine. It was very warm and hospitable. The staff was wonderful!

Located in the centre of Locarno, 10 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore, Residenza Vivian comes with modern apartments in a residential house with lift. Private parking is possible on site. Good location with balcony view all round. Main view to the road. Very clean and well appointed flat. Esmeralda was helpful and prompt to reply to queries.

Peacefully situated a 5-minute walk from the centre of Brissago and overlooking the Lake Maggiore, the family-run Residence Venus Garden is surrounded by a picturesque garden with a furnished terrace... Fantastic view on the lake. Very friendly owners. We enjoyed our visit a lot.
