I chose Orietta Residencial based on exceptional other reviews, mentioned facilities and friendly atmosphere, and proximity to the Port (for travel to Santo Antao), main streets of Mindelo, and Laginha Beach. In all cases this was a fantastic choice. The Italian couple who run Orietta, and their team, are unbelievably friendly and helpful with a determination to make even the smallest stay perfect. The location is on a quiet street very close to everything, and with an amazing interior courtyard. The top terrace overlooking the pool is a nice relaxed sunny spot for breakfast but also to work and in the evening to have a few drinks during sunset. It is cooler and less rushed and noisy than the rest of Mindelo, away from some of the hassles in town. The room was cool, very tidy, with everything you need, including a marble bathroom with a large, reliable shower. Everything was spotlessly tidy and clean and the terrace area is perfectly designed to allow guests to feel at home and to easily relax. As the hosts also made is possible for me to arrive early (from the airport) and leave late (for the port), I can say with certainty their only focus is the well being of guests. From walking round Mindelo I can also say with certainty they have the best place!

Feb 21 to March 2. JPi hotel is a gem located in the town of San Pedro. You will have the best view of the Island as it bears mountain, ocean and planes landing on the airport. Jean Pierre the owner is your guest relation rep, the cook, your guide, etc... At night, you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and you can safely vent around with the locals. It offers a more reserved stay from the noise of the main city Mindelo. Transportation is a bit lacking in and out but renting a car will solve that issue. Breakfast was excellent and local restaurants also offer great menus.

Nastanitev Private Apartament Celestina & Carlos s klimatsko napravo se nahaja v mestu Mindelo, 5 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Praia Da Laginha, in ponuja brezplačen WiFi ter dostop do terase. The host was wonderfull, Carlos and Celestina was like our father and mother, very good people. We thank them very much for all. The house is very clean and peacefull with all you want. The breakfast was very good, tastes and variety, local food and fruits. Thanks for all.

Nastanitev Apartamento Sta. Filomena se nahaja približno 2,7 km od znamenitosti Trdnjava Torre de Belem in nudi razgled na mesto, bar ter balkon. Everything! Clean and safe place. The view was the main thing beautiful and delightful. The staff was great and helpful too.

Irina was just amazing. She was contacting us and answering our questions instantly. She arranged the pick up taxi to airport and she gave many advices . She arranged cleaning of apartament without asking for it. That was very nice and kind of her ❤️ we liked everything. It’s literally 5 min walk to laghinga beach and 15 min walking to center and port . It was perfect

First of all the view to the sea is amazing. The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.
