Sunrise Lagoon Homestay is offering accommodation in Nanuya Lailai. Located on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area, water sports facilities and a garden. This was a fantastic insight into real Fijian life. The family are all incredibly friendly and accommodating and really make you feel at home from the moment you arrive at Nanuya. Every experience we had we enjoyed. Food was great, especially for the price. We would often catch our own fish and then eat them the same day. All in all - we loved it.

Facing the seafront in Naviti Island, Wai Makare Homestay features a private beach area and a garden. The homestay has family rooms. Emily and guys will let you feel home. I’ve seen quite a few places in the Yasawa and this was clearly the best one, capable to let you experience what does it means to be in Fiji. You can’t skip this stage in your trip.

Facing the seafront in Nacula Island, Malakati Village Beach House has a private beach area and a garden. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. Staying in Malakati was an exceptional experience. Locals are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Families took turns in preparing delicious fresh meals 3 times a day. There are many opportunities to explore the island and surrounding areas such as caves, snorkeling, diving, fishing, and hiking as well as learn about Fijian culture. I would recommend this picturesque village for real travelers who are ready to experience Fijian everyday life. I am hoping to return soon.

Set in a pristine beachfront location on the remote Yasawa Island, Yasawa Homestays provides a beautiful escape. Immerse yourself in Fijian culture with traditional dances, food and village life. Very authentic. No electricity just a few solar lights but this is how they live. An amazingly simple life. The family is lovely and made us so welcome. We harvested and planted cassava, grated fresh coconut, met the village chief, drank cava along with many other traditional things. Beautiful location. We highly recommend this homestay but remember you will not be at a resort. No cocktails by the swimming pool - just authentic Fiji island life.
