The room was awesome and clean. It has huge living space where a sofa bed and an extra foldable bed/sofa is in place. Then the master room with a great ocean view. Beautiful! AC works great since we like it cold. It has a microwave. It has a water dispenser with water which was free so we didnt need to buy bottled water anymore. All the tools and utensils for cooking and eating are present when you need to cook but eating outside is better to explore. Bathroom is clean with clean towels. Pool access is free. Internet/wifi access is fast too (according to my kids). Airport drop-off was free and Thomas (the condo manager) was graceful enough to assist us with it. The place is near Newtown Hub where some restaurants and supermarkets are present. I would definitely recommend the place, good for family of 5. And if we ever go back to the Philippines again, It's very likely we would choose the place again.

Amazing well kept property. Big fence so it felt very private. Lon was very responsive and helpful. The property itself has everything you'd ever need. It's also huge so if you want some space from your friends it's easy to find.

Super nice apartment in a convenient location from the airport, Grab only takes under 5 mins to get there from the terminal. Very easy to check in, felt safe and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

La Mirada Residences se encuentra a 4 km del aeropuerto internacional de Mactan Cebu y ofrece una piscina exterior, además de tratamientos de spa. Thomas, el anfitrión, nos recogió en el aeropuerto de Cebú e hizo el check in en el apartamento. Las vistas son espectaculares y el apartamento está bien equipado. También gestionan tours a las islas con puerto de salida a 100 metros del apartamento. Vale mucho la pena!

Good little apartment, cooking facilities with a balcony and a swimming pool. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay here again
