The preparation for our stay and all the info was very clear. We spent 3 nights as a family of 4. The facilities were great and the rooms were comfortable, clean and of high quality. Breakfast daily was very tasty and my daughters vegetarian option was available too. As we stayed over Xmas we were gifted some wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch.

All rooms have their own private en suite bathroom with tub/shower, with cozy bathrobes, extra towels, and a hairdryer provided, along with boutique body care products. Relax in the unique comfy seating space of your room, or put your feet up in bed and watch a movie on your flat-screen satellite TV. Our two suite rooms offer a second TV in the second room as well. Everything!! Very spacious but still cosy, clean and well equipped rooms. Great homely reception with family games and close to Grand Canyon. But best of all - amazing support from Becky our host! We were snowed on unexpectedly and she did everything she could to get us on our flight the next morning when we were unable to drive out - amazing!!
