Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

The place is beautiful and very clean including interiors, patio and garden at the back side. The breakfast was amazing and the vibe of the place is positive. It is very near to wego bus stop that takes you to table rock center in 10 minutes and near to Niagara falls bus terminal as well. The hosts are very accommodating, humble and helpful. They let us leave our bags until late around 10.30pm as we had our bus late in night. We will definitely visit the place again.

Dragana is a real professional hospitable and kind host along with her parents, a good conversationalist, and is on call as needed. The suite was big and had all the furniture it needs and was clean and hygiene. The breakfast was served hot and had a decent spread. The hosts were super nice and are passionate about their work, highly recommend this place!

Alice was very friendly and an efficient, hospital hostess. We can thoroughly recommend staying at Susan's Villa.
