There is a kitchen with dining area that can be used by the guests, with free coffee and cookies. The girl at reception was very kind, always greeting us with a smile. We definitely recommend it and will come back again!

Very clean, perfect location, located in the heart of madrid. Friendly and helpful staff, they asked us 1 day before our arrival when we will be there, and we told them that we'll arrive 1 hour before the check-in time, and when we arrived they already did our room.

Perfect location, close to everything at walking distance. It was a great flat for a family like us (with 2 small kids): very well furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed, super comfy beds and pillows, extremely clean (the bath towels were spotless and smelled good!). Staff is very friendly and helpful (including the nice and smiling cleaning ladies who come every day). It is not a hotel with a 24/7 reception, but the owners will proactively contact you to prepare your arrival the day before. It was very easy to contact them anytime via Whatsapp and they were very responsive to any question I had. There is a possibility to store your luggage the last day after check-out. They organized the taxi for us to the airport (reliable taxi driver who came right on time, despite our very early flight). Everything was perfect!
