Location in Birgu was brilliant - in the midst of things without being busy. Although may get busier in summer months. Roughly 10 min walk to marina and ferry to Valetta. Excellent bus service to get you around. The home was beautiful, just what you would imagine a Maltese town house to be. Bedrooms were big, plenty of space and storage. Loved all the church bells early in the morning. Owners added lots of little extras that were useful, eg milk and water in the fridge, cakes and wine etc. especially as we arrived quite late in the evening. They thought of everything we may have needed, toiletries etc. The roof terrace was amazing, however - need to mention accessibility with lots of steps. Nearby shops and restaurants were great.

He has provided us all information about everything, such as public transport, landmarks, history of Vittoriosa, etc. Location of the property is outstanding, bus stop, restaurants and waterfront are just a few steps away. The views from the balcony and terrace are fantastic, you have the sea, the port and tiny beautiful streets of Vittoriosa at your feet. There is all kitchenware you need. Great value for money. Also I would like to mention the restaurant, that is being run by our host, d Centre. Delicious local food with fair prices and gigantic portions.
