Amazing place! I can definitely see why it has gotten great reviews! Picking up the key was easy and the host was very friendly. Yes it’s a winding drive up the mountain so you need a car but that is part of what makes it so spectacular. Amazing views from the home! Mountains and waterfalls! Warm and cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished living room was so cozy after a long day of exploring Nicely stocked large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals …And a wonderful jetted tub! Only 2 of us so we never even used the two bedrooms upstairs but this would be a wonderful place for families or friend get together. Also has a washer so it was great to clean everything after a weeks worth of hiking! The town is close by ( about 10 min drive) so everything is convenient. Would recommend that you book this beautiful home in a heartbeat!

It was really excellent! Our son is a train freak, so with sight on the tracks out of the window it could not have been better! The house was very clean, very comfortable and nothing was missing! The owners thought really well about the needs of the guests. First time i found a holiday home so well equiped. The house has a really nice garden with a cherrytree and a neighbour with lovely goats. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family.

We liked the farm animals and being able to walk round the outskirts of Flåm right from the apartment. The apartments look pleasant, but there are a few lorries and diggers on the road approaching. We didn't see any staff at all so can't comment on what they were like, but communication was good.

Lovely walk along the boardwalk to the hotel, about 6 minutes from the station. Lovely warm room with separate lounge.

Our host, Joe made us feel very welcome. The kitchen facilities were excellent, all the little things that you need were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Both living areas were well appointed.
