We loved everything, the condo unit was so nicely decorated and equipped, amazing views, beach nearby, staying away from touristic crowds. pool was amazing too ,not fancy and very simple, most amazing thing about it was we were many times the only guests using it. Also washing machine that my girlfriend really enjoyed using and ps3 with so many games was very nice addition. And balcony is just perfect with views. Best place if you want to see the amazing beauty of Boracay and at the same time escape the crowds.

I like how cheap the rate of the villa for a big family. We can also cooked and do some laundry before we come back home. It was worth a vacation stay because the surroundings were quite and far from the noise of the city. We are very relaxed and we truly enjoyed the place because that is what we wanted. We can cooked our meal and we sleep well. The place is 500 meters away from the sea shore, the sea were truly a magnificent view from the master's bedroom. Stores were near, because we love home cooked food we can easily bought ingredients from the nearby stores.

The host and the caretaker were the best. I have never stayed at any property where the host/caretaker made sure my stay was the best it could possibly be....10 stars to them both. The property was great with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The accommodations throughout the entire property were clean and tidy, with everything in its place.

They are very professional and very welcoming . There was nearby taxi stop so transportation was never and issue. The view is very good . The kitchen is equipped with everything you need . I loved the place.

Located on the quieter end on the beach at Station 3, Villa Caemilla offers the most beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday. We just returned to Australia after a 2 week stay here and loved every minute. The staff were all amazing and went out to their way to make our stay special. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and you are steps away for the white sand beach and aqua ocean. The sunsets are magical too. I adore Villa Caemilla and the team of brilliant staff. We will be back.

There’s always security outside tge villa and we’re able to go around the resort through roaming vans. The Ventana Pool foam party in the evening was our favorite last activity after going to the beach. Their private beach is very nice — clean and not crowded unlike the public beach in station 1 and 2.
