Expo Village Serviced Apartments is set in the Dubai World Central district of Dubai, 1.7 km from Dubai Expo 2020, 13 km from Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Temple and 19 km from The Walk at JBR. Staff very helpful, the area is new and quiet. The apartment was very nice and well organized, super fast service I have never seen like it before.

Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

Perfect vacation. The hotel made a present for the birthday we celebrated. And provided a better apartment complimentary. Very helpful and polite stuff. Very clean and renovated.

Damac Maison Canal Views tarjoaa ulkouima-altaan, ravintolan sekä itsepalvelumajoitusta ja tyylikkään modernin sisustuksen. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi. Amazing stay. Staff were very polite, professional and friendly especially Kareem from the reception. Daily cleaning service. Pool and location were also great.

Set in the centre of Dubai, SmartStay at Burj Royale - Full Burj Khalifa View - Brand New Luxury Apartments features a rooftop pool, a garden, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive.... Location 🤩/ Kommunikation and easy access 🙌/ apartment size is top , has all needed inclusive, close to grocery shops and good restaurants/ shopping . It was clean and top enjoyable ! We will come back!

The host Ahmed is very acommodating and responsive. Check in was clear and smooth, and the location is very convenient for the Dubai Marina are. Convenience stores and restaurants abound. I felt wellcomed and well received. The room was on the smaller side but still comfortable and I slept well.
