She is extremely welcoming, prepares amazing breakfast, coffee and house-made lemonade in-between. I can definitely recommend the offered tour to the Tatacoa desert. They also organized a collectivo back to neiva for us.

We had such a lovely and laidback time. If you want the full desert experience with nothing but nature around you, you are at the right place. José was a really friendly, funny and generous host. The place is beautiful, the cabaña was comfortable and clean, the food delicious and we couldn't have wished for anything more. My recommendation would be: stay more than one night ;) it's worth it ¡Muchisimas gracias!

Biohotel tatacoa Qji ligger i Villavieja i regionen Huila och erbjuder boende med gratis privat parkering. We loved our time!! Such a wonderfull secluded place with cute cozy glamping houses. We really loved ours with balcony and shower in the house but still like being in a treehouse. We wish we had more time to stay.. lying in the hammock was our favo moment. Watching stars and the full moon. The 2 ladies that run the place in the day are such a gem.. so accomodating with all your wishes. They go out of their way to give you a great experience! Also the night guy was very nice and helpfull. All of the staff is 5 star worth.. they checked on us before we arrived untill we left. If you seek for an off the beaten experience in the desert in all comfort choose them. We had a magical time

Like all the other reviews have already mentioned, Sandra is amazing. She was super helpful storing my luggage twice while I was there. Anything she could help with she did. Her breakfast is amazing and made with fresh local bread and produce (she invited me to join her buying the ingredients for breakfast around town), she set up a van to pick me up from the hostel and drive me back to Neiva, and she took her time to sit down and chat with me over coffee even though my Spanish is horrible! The hostel is literally two blocks from the town center and from there you can catch a tuk tuk to the dessert. All the beds are full size with multiple pillows. She is also friends with the local guides if you'd prefer to do a tour!

I stayed in a private room and it was great value for money. Andrea was so kind and helpful, offering me food and drinks throughout my stay. She also helped me to organise a wonderful tour in the desert and my bus back to Neiva. Good kitchen and Wi-Fi. Luna the dog was so cute too!

Located just a 10 minutes walk outside of Villavieja, this beautiful cabin works great as a starting point for exploring the area. It has a great bed, amazing bathroom, a kitchen, a TV, air conditioning, and a laundry machine. There is a good, local restaurant almost next door where you can eat, or you can go into town.

Pachingo Tatacoa Desert ligger i La Victoria och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen samt en trädgård. Vissa boendeenheter har en terrass och/eller en balkong. I loved the cottage, and the whole feel of it. It felt like we were secluded, so that was really nice.

Dunas Tatacoa ligger i Villavieja och erbjuder en bärbar utomhuspool och utsikt över trädgården. Neiva ligger 34 km bort. Privat parkering erbjuds utan extra kostnad. a very bright, cozy place where take care of you. Not far from the city center, you can walk to cafes and shops, host met us warmly, the rooms are small but cozy, the hotel grounds are beautiful, there are many hammocks, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, a delicious breakfast, there is a tuk-tuk service to get to the desert and the observatory.
