They helped us in many ways, getting more towels, getting replacement sheets, getting a taxi reservation, finding our way to town for a tour and helping with our luggage, which was heavy after three weeks of travel. We loved the large bathroom and room itself.

Dating back to 1880, this fine Victorian mansion is set 15 minutes’ stroll from the centre of Bath. It offers luxurious rooms with views over the Royal Crescent or the well-tended gardens as well as free parking (one space per room). I loved everything about this property! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even an honor food and beverage bar where I could slip down late at night and get a drink and snack, which was much appreciated.

Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. The B&B is ideally located within walking distance of the key sites, yet removed enough from the centre to provide a quiet spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The room was very comfortable, clean & beautifully decorated. However, what makes Chestnuts exceptional is the delightful host, Toni, & thoughtful touches such as the homemade sweet treats left in the room each day. It was lovely to have a small piece of cake with a cup of tea. It was also nice that there was fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfasts were extraordinary & among the best I have ever had at a hotel or B&B. I was surprised by the choice on the menu, allowing for something different each morning (e.g. delicious full English, eggs Royal with smoked salmon, eggs Florentine). Toni was easy to communicate with, prompt in responding to queries in advance of arrival & a wonderful host. It was a fantastic experience & we very much look forward to a future opportunity to stay at Chestnuts B&B again.

Overlooking the historic centre of Bath, Grays Boutique is a family-run bed and breakfast set in a welcoming Victorian villa with a garden. Only a 10-minute walk from Bath Train Station, it offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Delightful room, at the top of this characterful house on the hill above Bath. Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well despite a major storm outside. The staff were very helpful, particularly Emily and the breakfast team, making sure I had all I needed as a vegan, including a scrumptious breakfast. Having parking on site was very useful and I enjoyed the walk into town and even the walk back up the hill via the little hidden pathways.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and The Circus Bath is 300 metres away. Superb apartment near the centre of Bath. Lots of things to like about this place. Very clean throughout. Diffuser in the living room made it smell fab. Hot, strong shower in the spacious bathroom. Very spacious throughout with a wide hall, two bedrooms, a large living room and decent sized kitchen / dining area. Nice toiletries were provided. It was nice and warm (it was mid-November when we stayed), easy to enter with a code with no need for a physical key, lots of storage, an outside seating area under the street (although I've no idea when or why anyone would use this it's nice to look out on to). Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed except a microwave - unless we just couldn't find it! Oven, dishwasher, sink, table & 4 chairs, cutlery & crockery, pans, knives, etc. It's a short (60 second?) walk to some fab parts of Bath like the Circle and Crescent and some lovely cafes for breakfast / brunch. A bit further on is the large Royal Victoria Park and Botanic Gardens. Similar distance (10-15 minutes) in the opposite direction downhill is the centre of Bath. Would definitely stay again.

It is very close to the Royal Crescent and a short walk (10 minutes) into the centre of town. The views from the apartment were spectacular. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed at in the UK & I travel very regularly for work.

Everything my family threesome needed for a fun self-catering stay in Bath. The facilities were truly first rate in a stylish, up to date building with good parking, wi-fi, all amenities. I felt that nothing was left to chance in assuring we had an enjoyable stay.
