The yurt is really peaceful and you can definitely tell it is managed by passionate people. The breakfast is really good, and served in a yurt too. I highly recommend! We regret not staying longer at that place.

This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. Nothing to fault here! We had a great relaxing stay with fantastic facilities and it was great chatting to the friendly staff. The much anticipated breakfast did not disappoint either! Highly recommend!

The yurt was VERY charming. Toilet and shower is a few meters away and just as charming as the yurt. It all adds to the experience! Breakfast was great, way too much actually! Absolutely the best stay we had in Iceland on our two week trip. Wish we would have had an extra night here! Tip for anyone complaining about that it's hard to find: just follow the route descriptions you get by e-mail and you will be just fine.

The apartment is cute and has all you need for two: Well-stocked kitchenette, super clean and modern bathroom, a giant TV (even though we never switched it on), and the place has its own private hot tub in the backyard! The location is perfect as it's just around the corner from Selfoss' central roundabout, so you'll find it easily and have a great base for exploring Iceland's beautiful southside. Also, you can drive to Reykjavík in just about one hour.
