During the few days we spent we found out more and more about what this family means to the community and could not help but appreciate the accomplishments they seem to thrive on creating and sharing. There is a real sense of hard work, near genius vision, love and an ability to laugh with unguarded ease.

Summit Villa BnB in Watkins provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Staff was great. Breakfast was big and nice. Room service! Facilities were excellent. Balcony. Access to Jacuzzi, karaoke etc.

The hosts were very nice, and the check in/out process simple and easygoing. The location is quiet, safe, and easy to find.

Our room was very spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Brenda was a very nice and welcoming host who cooked delicious breakfast for us and had some excellent tips for our visit!

I found the B & B by accident while searching the map on the booking.com website. I randomly picked places outside of Durango to look at. I am so very happy I found the B & B. The staff is so friendly and competent. My room was delightful.

The breakfast was out of this world unbelievable. We had eggs (cooked to order) bacon, fruit, juice and bread with cappuccino. The surrounding property is beautiful. They have horses and hiking trails. Frank and Sandra were friendly hosts.

So lucky they had a vacancy since my camper’s diesel heater broke and it was chilly outside. All the creature comforts and the river right out your front door. Great spot and only 30 minutes to Wolfcreek.
