EVERYTHING. This property and the host are amazing. The attention to detail and the little things. The washcloths felt like butter and the bath towels were to die for! The flat I stayed in was so impressive. Every comfort I could have wanted was in the unit. Coffee, beach towels, toiletries. I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. So clean and comfortable and decorated so beautifully! Location was prime; two minute walk to the beach. I was considering staying at a high rise major hotel chain and am SO glad I did not! This gem of a property and Marie, the hostess, exceeded my expectations exponentially!

This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Super convenient for exploring the Everglades (only 45 min-70 min drive, depending on traffic). Everything was well-organized, from key pickup to drop-off. Plus, the cleanliness and charm of the accommodation made us feel right at home. Communication was perfect. Thank you so much!

It was the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted a quieter, beachy, low-key feel as opposed to the busyness of the city. I felt very safe and at home here and I still had access to everything I wanted to do.
