The George Manor is as elegant as the pictures posted on the website. We were met at the gate by Graham George who brought us to our room and gave us the quick tour. So friendly. The Kaiserhof Suite was spacious and absolutely lovely. We wished we were staying more than one night! Looking forward to returning. Already told family to look for The George Manor when in Galveston. Graham and Valerie were in constant contact with us (loved that personal touch). Michael de Beyer (chef) came and introduced himself to us and let us know all about the breakfast accommodations. Just a wonderful group of people at a fabulous one of a kind bed and breakfast!

Great location, being able to walk into the historic downtown. Parking onsite. Room (we had Crockett Room) was clean, well presented, very comfortable bed and a good size. Breakfast was great and thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the table, meeting other people during breakfast. We just had an overnight stop during a long journey, but certainly could have stayed longer - a very comfortable, relaxing stop.

This Casita had everything necessary for a more than comfortable stay. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the entire house. Private parking and elevated backyard view of the city was a plus. It's obvious this host wants you to have a stress free stay. Another plus was the location of the Casino, it was about 4 miles away. JACKPOT location and I will definitely be back!
