We loved the mountains surrounding our cozy room, the hotel staff are super nice, they don’t speak a lot of english but they try their best with a little help from their phone translator, so be patient, me and my wife got along with the staff and loved their positive and joyful vibe.

The location was perfect. We were able to cycle around the area on bicycles. It's near all the main attractions in Ninh Binh. Dat and Oanh were so amazing and were great hosts. They made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come and stay there again in the future.

A very cosy nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and the bungalow is very nice. The bungalow is big and situated in a beautiful surrounding. The first day we took the bike and went to the bird park. Beautiful and the second day we took the motorbike and went to other places. It wasn’t so far away and it was awesome. Tam coc is a nice small place with good restaurants and very closed to the bungalow. We also had dinner at the bungalow very tasty. You have to try the pork skewers and chicken cashew nuts (and more) awesome as well.

Super clean. Great food. I love the family that hosted us and can't recommend this place enough. They were able to get me an amazing massage in the room for such an affordable price. Great wifi. Easy to rent mopeds straight from the homestay. Great quiet area surrounded by the mountains

The room was very cute and cozy. It was also clean which is very nice. We had a fridge with free water and beer/ coke for a small price. When going to the pool we were immediately handed towels which was very thoughtful. The location is perfect and the scooter rental went very well.

The outside is just amazing, you will have to be there to see it but I would totally recommend it. You have free bicycles to use in case you need or you can adventure yourself and go by foot to the center of the town (it's not that far).

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the nature setting amongst the cliffs, hospitality, and beautify of the place. The staff were very accomodating and have a lot of love for the land. The pool was great, as was the restaurant on site. The huts were well designed and picturesque. Noting that while the walls are thin (bamboo construction) we enjoyed hearing the sounds of nature and didn’t mind the occasional insect. Overall a very peaceful place to escape.

The rooms are completely fine, clean, all works fine. The huts are more like porticabins, bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good and dinner too. We used two of their bikes to cycle around and they also had mopeds. This homestay is the first on the road, several others come after it.This one has a more quiet vibe which was exactly what we were looking for (not party). Gorgeous nature all around and some nice short trails to a viewpoint. Friendly helpful staff who go the extra mile with ordering taxis and refilling water for you. Cosy room with the slightly quirky bedroom design of being a yurt inside a larger wooden hut rather than a normal bed with a bug net. Good food and drinks in the restaurant.

The wooden cabins are well fitted into the landscape. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We rented motorbikes there and had a mechanical issue with one of the motosand they changed it for another one in 30'. Very cheap breakfasts and dinner.
