They also gave us recommendations of places to eat in town. You can tell they really care about their clients. The room was amazing. You have your own little hut that has A/C, bathroom, shower, small kitchen, etc.

First of all I don't understand why some guests „criticize” the road here. You are in a jungle and consideration and respect should be given to animals, nature and people. We loved everything… The area, the bungalow and the really good breakfast (I highly recommend the french pancakes). Waking up to the different animal sounds was impressive. The staff was super friendly and every time very helpful. The rooms were also absolutely clean and comfortable with a fantastic view to the jungle. This place is a paradise - Please keep it like that! :) Thank so much for this beautiful experience. We’ll definitely come back (hopefully next year). PURA VIDA 🦥☀️

Jaguar Rescue Center is 8 km from Congo Bongo EcoVillage Costa Rica. The nearest airport is Captain Manuel Niño International, 52 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. we stayed here 7 nights. We liked it so much that we decided to spend our last week in Costa Rica here. It's a beautiful secret place. Sleep in the sounds of the jungle, wake up with the monkeys, saw green macaws, sloth, frogs etc. the kitchen is openspace with the most gorgeous views. Access to the beach is superb, an adventure in itself. The kids love it here. highly recommend for nature lovers. Thank you Congo Bongo for a wonderful holiday.

Simple elegance, done with the refined taste of an interior designer and architect. Each choice, from the food to the furnishings to the burbling dipping pool attached to the cabin, was done with such attention to detail and with such care. We were surrounded by the sounds of nature, from the wild sounds of the howler monkeys to soothing sounds of more than a dozen different birds in the space of a few minutes (identified with Merlin, the Cornell Ornithology ID app). On one day, we were rained out of our adventure, but returned happily to the front porch of our cabin to read in the Adirondack chairs. We felt not only well-taken care of, but in the company of intelligent and worldly hosts. Passion Fruit EcoLodge merits our unconditional praise.

Alberto (the host) was super kind from the beginning till the end. The place was super relaxing and the breakfast Alberto served was delicious. Alberto even exchanged us US dollars to colones at a very good rate (the best we found). Definitely recommend this place. You'll enjoy it.
