All of the staff were so lovely, the views were breathtaking & the food was incredible (although the prices are slightly higher than we’ve found elsewhere in Ecuador it was so worth it for the quality & taste & big portions). Our room had a fireplace that we used throughout the night - it was wonderful. The beds also has heated blankets. We were very warm! Great breakfast, with oats, toast and eggs. Helpful staff who gave us lots of tips about Cotopaxi Lots of cute dogs on the property!

A daily breakfast with cereals and fruits is included and there is an on-site restaurant with regional cuisine. Location was amazing with clear views of Cotopaxi volcano and surrounding volcanoes. Only a short drive to the National park entrance and some nice walking trails around the lodge, bonus having a trail to nearby trout farm for fishing. The food was exceptional especially the dinner (3 course meal). The staff even made us packed lunches for our hike up Cotopaxi Volcano which was exactly what we needed. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Especially Jesica who organised all our activities for us and helped out with everything - she spoke fluent English as well which was a bonus considering our Spanish wasn’t great! Even all the guides and drivers for the activities are extremely friendly and helpful which made the day tours so enjoyable. The room we stayed in was perfect. A large comfortable bed and the fireplace kept the room very warm and cosy.
