The best place in whole Sri Lanka! The hosts are so helpful and nice! Very, very clean! The best view of the bridge! There is a path to the railway. Just 5 minutes and you are there! The breakfast was more than enough, very delicious and the fresh juice is presented like a cocktail 🍹

Arawe is a newly renovated 150-year old nature cottage located around 400m from the centre of Ella. We loved out stay at Arawe, it was one of the most pleasant stays in Sri Lanka. The bungalow was beautifully decorated, it’s located near the forest and tea plantations and it’s within walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was excellent. Our daughter loved to play with the friendly dogs and cat, we saw a lot of birds and even fireflies at night.

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge and Yoga Center is situated in Ella, 3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Had and amazing stay! Just 2 nights but could have been a week. Just enough outside of downtown (a short walk or tuk tuk ride) to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to pop in for a meal, drink or a little bit of night life. The breakfast was perfect (great French press coffee) and my wife was able to take a yoga class each morning which she loved (she is a yoga teacher here in the US). The shower water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The balcony off of the room was amazing with monkeys paying a visit in the morning. We slept well and didn't even use the fan provided. Will 100% be back to stay again. Thanks!

This place is amazing and is run by one of the kindest and friendliest families. The room is perfect; very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also delicious and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Overall, the hotel exceed our expectations by a mile and was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Ella, excellent value for money.

During our stay we loved our Sri Lankan breakfast, the style, comfort, size and view of our room, as well as the authentic cooking class we took! Could not recommend this home away from home more!

It is a stunning location, situated in the forest, with amazing views of Ella Rock and the surrounding area. The room was large and comfortable, with stunning views to wake up to. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you Amila and family - we had the best time and will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!

Feels like a 5-star hotel but with love approach. The host pays attention to the small details: the towels are soft and fresh, there are roses in different places as welcoming, arrival drinks with a cake. I felt in love with the place. The terrace is also so nice. I could observe the squirrels and some special Sri Lanka bird. The furniture is modern and stylish. It is very near to the center and bus station. I will stay there next time when I am in Ella. Amazing hospitality.

One of our best stays on Sri Lanka! Stuff amazing, they offering free pick up and drop off for check in and check out. Owners will do everything for you to make your holidays easy and smooth! We asked for tuk tuk for round trip, they found best price for us, we asked about taxi to Yala - they found the best price for us. Anything we need they helped with! And you are in the middle of forest, no rush, just trees, monkeys and few other animals. Really nice stay we enjoyed and would recommend to everybody. Thank you again for everything you did for us.

Just 1km away from the railway station. The view from the homestay is amazing. The family owned well maintained place at a budget price. 5 rooms are available in the homestay and can accomodate 11 people comfy but upto 15 people can manage it. We group of friends stayed a night there and they arranged our lunch upon our request and they had every kitchen needs including a plates, tea cups, knifes, spoons etc. to prepare us our dinner. Also they arranged a campfire and help us in every way. Rooms are fabulous views and we didnt expect that much according to the budget price. All rooms had attached bathrooms with hot water showers. We spent there relaxed and had a great expirence. Worth to visit. Recommend it.
