I stayed one night at Grand Hotel in Kruje,but would like to have stayed longer.the staff was very friendlyand available for any request.The view from the veranda showed the castle of the city and the whole rest,it was fantastic. I would highly recommend it and if i go to Kruja again i will choose the same place.

It is a beautiful property situated inside the castle and overlooking the beautiful views. The room is really nice and comfortable and new. The owner is also very nice and helpful. I think it’s the best place to stay when visiting Kruja. There are a couple of restaurants around it and just outside the castle is the old bazaar and more dining and drinking options.
They also provide free parking in a lot about 6mins away from property.

The location was great, the attention from the staff was incredible and the breakfast was perfect. It was great that they offered parking in their facilities because it’s not easy to park in Krujë.
Besides, the room that we got had everything we needed and was spacious.

Everything just perfect!
Centrally located with stunning view of the Castle. Room was spacious, very comfortable and very well decorated. The host the kindest and helpful person I ever met. The place itself is like a hidden gem, big balcony, I would choose it again and again.

The castle is awesome. The restaurant Alba has awesome food. The only thing wrong was the false advertisement about the room. It said fireplace/but none, two beds/but one, 3 rooms/ 1 tiny bedroom then off to the side or a sitting area with a clothes rack and bar frig, tv and stresming/ none. Check is was at 100/nit ready till 130. Would have given us basic6yhe same room but with a tv but we would have had to wait for them to redo it. I do not know how my review says wonderful because it was not what we paid for. Might have still rented if they were honest but it should have been our choice. Because of the miss representation I give it a 3 rating.

There is not much apart from the castle and the area around.
There is not much apart from the castle and the area around. It is enough to stay for one night. Breathtaking views from the castles. Recommend the restaurant ALBA right next to the castle - amazing view and nice chilled out garden area, we had wine, appetizers and dessert and were very happy!

The old bazaar is fantastic, take your time to scroll up and down at least twice. The castle is worth a visit. For those who like to hike, I suggest to visit a Sari Salltik Shrine, which is on a same level as the top of the hill above the city. Be sure to bring enough water with, as it is really hot in summer time! The path is rocky. You can return by road, which takes a bit longer.

Really amazing spot to stay a night or 2. We stayed two and felt extremely welcomed by the family who runs the hotel and restaurant. The rooms are average, but you won’t spend too much time in them considering the location and the view from this place. They have an amazing terrace that spans the entire property and has the best views in town. The food is also really great value for money.Tanya MasterGermany

So much so that we extended our stay for one additional night. Property has easy to access and navigate parking which is a great in a small town on the hill. I was happy I chose a place with a castle view rather than staying inside the castle - everything is close: family owned restaurants, grocery, atms, famous bazar. Hosts are very helpful with local tips and also can help curious souls like me with the city tales. I could not recommend to stay here enough.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitelv recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

The location is perfect. They had a free parking stop saved for us. The host is the nicesttttt and sent us recommendations for the rest of our trip. Great value for money. I would recommend this for sure. They also offered a great breakfast deal served to the room (great to eat on the balcony) but we are not really breakfast people so we didn't take it.

The people living in the apartment are kind and ready to help. There is a coffee maker and a kettle (but not coffee nor tea). You can see the castle from the window.
