The staff was very friendly. We were in Vlore in May and therefore in the low season. We got a room upgrade at no extra charge. and what a room. The room was beautiful and very large with a panoramic view of the sea. the breakfast was also very tasty. We booked a pickup service in advance. We were picked up from the airport. the driver was on time and very friendly. We immediately got a history lesson about Albania. :) everything went smoothly. The price for the driver was agreed upon in advance and we were able to pay at the hotel with a credit card. The price for the driver was cheaper than with other providers. It was really nice in Vlore for a long holiday weekend. we will be back.

We stated in the private swimming pool/jacuzzi suite, and it was simply stunning! The room, the staff ( particularly the lovely lady on reception), the food and the view are all amazing! Everything was perfect. The location is quite convenient in the beachfront, with easy access to the sea. The room is amazing, spotless! The room was quite spacious and really well decorated. The room as all the needed amenities needed for a great stay including a TV. The access system is modern and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful providing all the information needed how to reach the accommodation. The accommodation has a reception in the ground-floor at the right side of the entrance (payment possible with card). The rooms are on a 6th floor with an elevator. Will definitely stay here again! Loved it!
