Our stay coincided with a severe weather disaster on May 26, 2024, which caused the Debed River to flood and led to disruptions in electricity and gas. However, the hotel staff's resilience and commitment to our safety and comfort were truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to resolve all issues, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the circumstances.
One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the staff's culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they managed to prepare incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. This resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during the challenging times.
Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in managing the emergency but also helped us find an alternative path to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support showcased the hotel's commitment to its guests.
