My husband, friends and I all stayed here for our wedding on the weekend! The pub was directly across the road, as well as a beautiful little cafe and corner store. We had to amend our booking a few times given that there were so many of us staying here - the staff were so helpful and friendly and actioned our requests straight away. The rooms were very clean and tidy. All amenities were brand new and the rooms/ apartments were well thought out. We also visited the most beautiful sunflower farm which was about a 3 minute drive away.
Will definitely be back here to celebrate our anniversaries in the future!

It’s a very old town and only basic amenities I think our accommodation was by far the best in the town.
We had brunch at a fantastic cafe “ Revival Cafe Boonah” amazing food coffee and service this destination alone is worth a drive.
Had Chinese for dinner absolutely delicious!
Loved that mainstream takeaway wasn’t available much to my daughter and partners dismay.

Boonah is such a gem in the Scenic Rim, a beautiful little town with everything you need. Good for day trips from Brisbane or the Gold Coast, or a longer stay. Great cafes and pubs, quaint little shops for souvenirs or antiques, exceptional local produce and endless things to do, especially local festivals. Even though there are plenty of day tours and experiences you can explore, my favourite thing is to simply drive around the Fassifern Valley enjoying the country roads and pretty vistas. It's not groaning with tourists which is a definite plus, but it could do with a few more accommodation options.

Boonah is a beautiful, charming country town located in the heart of the Scenic Rim Council. We stayed in Boonah mainly for its proximity to the Queensland Moto Park, but wished that we had stayed longer to explore the region better. Boonah has great pubs. We particularly liked the Commercial and the Duganden. We had very nice steaks for dinner at the Duganden and enjoyed the country pub atmosphere with a Queensland feel courtesy of its wrap-around verandah. We had breakfast at the Flavours Cafe which is housed in a lovely historic building. The bacon and eggs were local and delicious. We also popped into buy fruit and vegetables at Oppy's Fruit and Veg which had lots of fresh chemical free produce from local farms.
Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, including the charming BandB Hideaway on Hume where we stayed.
I would love to return and explore some of the trails and wineries in the region.
The room was very tidy and clean, and comfortable, although smaller than I thought it would be. We were there in winter with temps at 2C in the morning, but the room was cosy. The wifi and smart TV were good. A continental breakfast was provided that was plentiful. Belinda was very friendly and helpful. It is at the top of the hill in Boonah, so the views are great. But the walk back from town is uphill, so you will need a car if your mobility isn't very good. We rode our bikes and were close to some great cycling routes.
We liked the character of the building and the setting. The breakfast was great, homemade sourdough bread and pastries, loads of fruit and good coffee. We were the only people staying so we had the whole church to ourselves. We were able to use the kitchen facilities which was great as there is definitely a lack of places to eat in Boonah!
We were grateful for an extra hour at check out-thankyou!
it was the most adorable little b&b out in Boonah, we stayed for a wedding and are so glad we did. Centre of town, walking distance if you wanted to the little township of cafes, IGA etc. The room itself was exceptionally clean, bed super comfortable, loads of breakkie options and the host Belinda was lovely. It was amazing to wake up to the birds chirping and the rolling hills in the distance.
As soon as you arrived, you are greeted with a smiling face and very informative detail about the premises and whats available and expected. The accommodation is situated high enough to have some nice views of Boonah too. The accommodation itself was extremely clean and neat. Everything was supplied, nothing to look for and ask. As soon as you entered the room it felt like home. Tidy and clean.
Great location within walking distance of Boonah shops, cafes, pubs and services
Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy and checkin was contactless and easy
The pool was an added bonus as the weather was hot, so I spent a good hour swimming and relaxing there after checkin.
The property was decorated in a quirky way which showed personality. The hosts provided us with quality visions. The unit was very comfortable and suited us well for our evening in Boonah. We would recommend this place to stay to others and found the location to be great.
We stayed at "Hideaway on Hume" as a base for hiking in the beautiful Scenic Rim area.
"Hideaway on Hume" is a spacious, comfortable, clean and well set up B&B.
Belinda and Dennis made us feel welcome, and Belinda provided helpful advice on dining options in Boonah.
Great position in Boonah - short walk to the main drag in town and all the local pubs! The staff were helpful and friendly and there was plenty of available information on the events in town and maps of the area.
Excellent choice for our one night stay, friendly hosts, good bed, good shower, ample provisions for breakfast, quiet location, affordable. Would stay again if visiting Boonah.
Very cute renovated B&B, set in nice grounds a short distance from Boonah
Hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and
