I had an absolutely delightful stay at Vera Hotel in Ballarat! From the moment I arrived, the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and offered plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. However, we did find it a bit cold, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and serene, perfect for a restful getaway especially with the lake nearby. The staff was very kind to keep our luggage after check-out, allowing us to visit the city as we had traveled by train from Melbourne.

Location for White Night (Sturt St) was excellent. Easy walk from the station. Handy for restaurants etc. Bed was very comfy. Nice view of Ballarat (& White Night lasers). Shower good although bath was a bit small. Nice toiletries. Quiet at night (after WN finished!).
