The location at Southern Cross Station is perfect, so easy get off the Skybus and to the Travelodge. Plenty of food places to choose from, and very easy to get a tram into the city or where-ever you want to go, I walked from the Travelodge to the Bourke St Mall several times, and I walked up to the Victoria Markets, but if walking is a problem for anyone then there are plenty of trams, and trams within the city centre are free. I loved that shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all supplied at the Travelodge, as were coffee and sugar sachets and milk. Loved that I could control the air conditioning in my room.
