Accommodation was super well thought out, home was heated for our arrival and multiple bottles of wine were provided. Food truck and tastings next door were ultra convenient. The property is divine.

The wilderness and quietness of the forest, pools and walking trails. Excellent restaurants, cafes and great ready made food at the local IGA. Good golf course, locally operated train which is also dog friendly.

Pemberton is a classic small town, steeped in history, that I would rate highly as a place to stay. It can get very cold in Winter.
There is a well stocked IGA supermarket, which is great for those self catering.
Several local tourist attractions and the railway/tram trip is recommended. You just need to ensure it is running if you are interested in going on it when you visit.

Pemberton is a lovely place for a holiday.
Pemberton is a lovely place for a holiday. The forests are magnificent. Unfortunately this year there has been almost no rain so the creeks, waterfalls and rivers were not flowing. Dinner at the Sports Club was fabulous and very reasonable.

Pemberton is a beautiful place to spend a holiday, the green forests and the nature are a great escape from a city life. There are plenty of activities on offer, including the new aerial adventure near the Gloucester tree. It is not far from Nannup or Manjimup or even Walpole.
Good place to stay especially in the summer month to cool down.

Pemberton is picturesque; the marri trees in full bloom are a glorious sight. The railway ride is good fun. The Southern Forests Chocolate Co. actually makes its own chocolate (unlike Margaret River, which makes its chocolates from imported European chocolate). The grandchildren loved the swimming pool and thought that the adventure course at the Gloucester tree was "amazing."
Lovely relaxed atmosphere at this beautiful stay. Cat & Jon were great hosts who went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
Breakfast was beautifully presented with a lovely table setting, fresh produce and yummy fresh bread.
Location was central to all the attractions we wanted to see while in Pemberton.
Apart from chatting to Cat & Jon in the morning while they set up breakfast we felt like the accommodation was ours to relax in.
Luxurious 4 day stay
For an old building it is kept very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is useful having the cafe and bar on site as there are not many dining options in pemberton and the bar area has a lot of character. Aircon worked well too which was great. It's a good location for the local forest areas - cascades, beedelup falls and the big brook dam beach are all worth a look, even when water levels make the falls less exciting.
The accommodation was wonderful. It was secluded, clean and very comfortable. The bath was lovely, the outdoor fire was very nice, and the games were a nice touch. The yard was well-fenced and provided plenty of space for our dog who loved watching all of the wildlife. The week we returned home we re-booked again for next year.
Was so impressed, all the time we were there we talked about wanting not to leave and when we should come back. The whole feel of the stay is fantastic and Pemberton is such a lovely town. And having the Lavender Farm being next door is so good.
Will be trying to arrange a stay very soon with the three grand daughters 😁
I was happy the accommodation provided breakfast necessities, which doesn't happen at other accommodation spots. The lake view was amazing especially in the morning with the fog sitting on top. Also would be an incredible spot for winter with the electric fire place. Wasn't expecting the Chalet to be so spacious.
Our rammed earth cottage stay was really lovely and unique for us. 2 bedrooms well equipped kitchen both dining and living areas cottage surrounded by large gardens and amazing
deciduous red coloured leaf Pistachio trees
Very tranquil Loads to see and do around Pemberton and lots of walking trails for us
The cottages were tucked away in the bush, beautiful views, and the hosts were great.
We have re booked for November, as there are 3 styles of cottages.
We booked the limestone cottage, and found a natural stone cottage which we booked for November.
Karri Valley Lodge is only 5 mins away.
What a gem!
The villa was very clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and we made the most of the Webber bbq situated under the roomy veranda. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We will most definitely book the next time we are in the Pemberton region again.
Really nice place with a very friendly hotel manager called Alfredo. He handles everything professionally and makes you feel very welcome. The place itself is bright, clean, spacious and even has a terrace. I would definitely recommend staying here.
it was a perfect short break from the office life. Very tidy and quiet, perfectly organized kitchenette. Electrical blankets, bath tabs, fire place helped us to stay warm. Walking distance to Karri Valley Resort if you up to fancy dinner.
Fantastic greenery, quite location, very comfortable settings and allowed an amazing relaxing weekend. Spa bath was great. The accommodation has everything and you just need some food and few drinks. Will definitely be coming back.
Great location, a beautiful mountain retreat with lake views, nestled amongst the famous karri trees. Comfortable rooms, fantastic Hostess, close to Denmark, Albany and attractions like the Valley of the Giants.
Great option for cheap hotel in Pemberton. Pricing consistant with quality of facilities, clean and tidy but outdated. Our go to for a hotel if we are visiting family down south. Cheerd
