A great choice if you'd like to experience an old-fashioned guesthouse in a stunning location. Everything is basic, but very clean. The rooms are small but have an old-world charm, and a small heater to take the chill off winter nights. The shared bathrooms are very clean with great showers. The shared kitchen is very large and well-equipped. The lounge/dining area is also huge and fitted out with retro furniture and large plants. There is a large sunroom overlooking the ocean and farm fields, where we ate our meals and also really enjoyed making use of the ping-pong table. The property is a short walk from a wild beach. It's a great place for a get-away-from-it-all winter break, with few guests at this time of year.

Great location, easy to access, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, the Main Street and beach access. Quiet location; not massive campsite area so it means it isn’t crazy busy with people.

Lovely, comfortable and very clean apartment. Great position and helpful owners. My room had a great view and the surrounding garden showed the TLC of the owners.

The house was exactly as described but being there made it even better!! The views were amazing and sitting out on the deck having a few drinks we experienced the bird life in the area. The bedrooms were spacious and they all have their own bathrooms which was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need for the few days we had.
Our family really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this house as a home away from home. We would stay here again if we are in the area. We visited the waterfalls in the area and a must see. We went to Live Wire park which was great only down side is it is a bit expensive. Apollo Bay and Lorne are about 20 minutes away in each direction, so you need to be prepared to bring all your needs with you, but this is exactly what we wanted family time away.
Excellent place to stay for large family groups, couples and friends looking for a break.
