The room is okay, the bed is big and there's blackout curtains which allows for a nice sleep. But the room was too hot and I couldn't figure out the temperature/fan situation so I just cracked open the balcony door.

Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401. The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. It was very good.

As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not working. Hard to find.. sign was burnt out . Lots of stuff in room not working. Carpet falling apart. Morning, Two issues I, had were , the toilets didn't flush well. The biggest issue was no hot water. Let the shower run and run and had enough warm water too shower. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Thank you Lorna Jess Is there a lost & found ? Left my bathing suit in my room ? #405AAnonymous

The breakfast is delicious with lots of choice. My wife is very happy with our stay there and so am i. The staff was the most friendly that i ever seen .The staff also gave us a little Gift at check out time ,We will certainly return for another stay there soon

Since we don't eat yogurt, we mentioned it to the desk clerk, and they were very willing to take the yogurt out of our breakfasts, so food wasn't wasted.
