I did not stay there upon booking a room online I arrived there & was informed at reception there wasn't anything available! Therefore why advertise vacancies when there wasn't anything. The face to face service was very rude towards me. And wasn't helpful at all.

Facilities were incredibly clean, roomy and updated. The staff was kind and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast looked wonderful, but I was unable to try it due to dietary restrictions. Otherwise, no complaints! Plus, I love that there's a little convenience shop next to the front desk. This came in great handy while travelling as I'm notorious for forgetting little things!

I requested for a ground floor room. This is not what I was provided when I checked in, although I had an email prior that said that the request was confirmed. However, when I noticed that I was given a 2nd floor key, I reminded the desk clerk that I had requested a ground floor room, and she switched me to a ground floor room. It was perfect as it was close to the front desk. I was travelling with my brother who uses a walker, and would not have been able to manage the stairs.
