The hotel is in a very good location in terms of tourist sights, restaurants, shops, etc.; easily accessed by the bus system. The renovations did not bother us at all while staying there, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given use of a microwave for the duration of our stay which allowed us to eat in part of the time which was appreciated seeing the prices at the restaurants in the area.

The staff made our room special for my wife's birthday. They really want to make sure that you are happy. This place is a real gem. It is very close to Clifton Hill but yet separated enough to be peaceful. We absolutely loved this place. The bed was great too.
