Very good residential area.
Very few residents in that house but I didn't see them.
Free parking.
Bathroom was clean.
I'll stay there again if I have to work in Niagra in the future.
Kitchen, fridge, stove, toaster and kettle.
I made so many teas and coffees. Microwave too.
Big living room with sofas.

We really enjoyed waking along the old canal trail ,= a minute from the hotel , also sitting in one of the chairs provided, at water's edge watching the Niagara Rowing Club go by., so relaxing. Short 12 min drive to Lock eight in Port Colborne. Supermarkets and eateries are within easy reach.around Welland Great new shopping mall along Niagara Road, . A great mid-sized town filled with friendly people and in the middle of a wonderful touristic area mixing the beauty of natural trails and more mundane pleasures such as vineyards, the quaint touristic charm of Niagara-on-the-Lake and, of course, the famous Niagara Falls.

The toilet was clogged we waited 3 hours to get fixed. at the Residence was a Religious Indi Party and they cooked on our floor ( terrible curry smell) all night. Lot of people back and forward to eat 🙄. Bad experience!!AnaCanada
