Great location. Less than 10 minutes bus ride from Lugano station.Easy to get around and safe. Very friendly staff approachable and helpful when needed. Hotel view is very pretty.

The location of Studios 1 and 3 is excellent - just down the steps from the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence (the bells start at 7:00 and stop at 20:00). They both have air conditioning. Very clean and quiet, with the exception of some street noise (people, no cars). Oil, salt, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge and kitchen towels were provided. Staff were friendly and professional, especially when I locked my keys in the room and they had to come down and help! It is close to the station (5 minutes walk) but it's up a steep hill that is mostly ramp with some stairs.

Location was perfect. Once we were told to get on the funicular. After getting off the train. Hotel was about 80 metres from funicular. Room was a squeeze as it was a very old building but had a lot of character and we loved that.
