Reception staff were excellent. So friendly and welcoming. We’re informative and helped me with my Wi-Fi connection problems The hotel was exceptionally clean which I commented on at reception and asked for them to pass on my compliments to the cleaning staff.

Delicious restaurent where Thomas Mann, Vladamir Lenin and Carl Jung atr. Museum quality art and furnishings. Walking distance to Jung Institute and easy access to train station. Wonderful view. It is not just famous hotel, it is an experience.

Still it is only 4 stops (10 minutes) to the center of Zurich. This time the variety of the breakfast has improved and it was served in a beautiful ball room which gave a different touch. Very helpful team.

Also, for anyone wanting to take a lake cruise, the ferry stops in front of the hotel...even if you just want to go to Zurich for a look at the city. Gym is not bad either !

Shady place to sit by the water, right by the Kusnacht ferry landing, maybe one block from a train station. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was great!
