A Larze is truly the best hotel in Le Chable or Verbier. Super friendly, helpful and delightful staff. The best breakfast in the alps. Really comfortable beds and bedrooms. Amazing views from the balcony. Perfect location for the lift and station. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough.

Break good and staff helpful. Free parking and very close to the ski lift up to Verbier which was excellent.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the Barnes station, bus stops and everything. The room was perfect and the bathroom amenities were in good condition. The breakfast options were great. The staff is really friendly and extremely helpful.

It s difficult to do better. The hotel is located on a perfect spot with a great view on the lake. It had just snowed so the landscape was idyllic. Everything is brand new and each element chosen with taste. The spa is perfect with a small pool, a big jacuzzi, a resting room, sauna, hamam and massages options. From there you have a spectacular view on the lake.
The restaurant experience was unreal. The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made
With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products.
The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.

We took the train from Geneva airport, it's a lovely journey around Lake Geneva. Its very easy and relaxing with a change on to a local train to take you up the valley.
We stayed there for 4 nights and skied each day. It's not a typical ski resort. It has all you might need, supermarket, pharmacy, boulangerie etc and a few bars and restaurants (no real late night stuff). We had some great food and bars were full of locals and a few skiers.
Getting up to Verbier is simple with a lift that runs 05.15-23.45 and takes about 10 minutes.
It is only 850m high so has a bottom of the valley vibe, I also imagine it would also be great for the summer.

The Le Chable lift gives direct access to the higher stations in Verbier without having to queue again in Verbier. There is immediate access to the Bruson area which provides a good range of skiing for an afternoon away from Verbier.
The Verbier Four Valleys resort is severely limited by access across the system It can take two hours to cross the system to enter a range of drag lifts. The Yellow routes are a major issue. They are reasonably moderate black runs, but as they are off-piste my insurance does not cover them. For this reason alone I will not return to Verbier.

My son and I stayed in Le Châble along our hike across the Haute Route. It's well located before heading east into Col Termin / Louvie and the Grand Desert. It's a small quaint town and a couple of decent grocery stores and restaurants. There is a train connection back to Martigny. Hotels in town offer free passes for the lifts up to Verbier and beyond up into the alpine areas. We were happy with our decision to stay a night here along the way.

Our son lives in the area so we wanted to spend Christmas with his family. We went up the mountains to view the wonderful scenery and also drove around the area. We had a great stay and found several restaurants in the area where we had some great meals. Generally we had a wonderful stay. Verbier was great with great views and meals.

Le Chable is perfect if you want to ski the fantastic slopes of Verbier ski area, but you don't want to pay the high prices of food and lodging in Verbier, and you don't mind missing some of the apres ski in Verbier.

Great access to train station and lifts - beat the Medran queues by jumping on the Verbier lift here. Lockers at lift station great. Bakery good, bar opposite also enjoyable. Pizza restaurant excellent, went there three times in two weeks.
The chalet was lovely - a lot more space than we are used to having with 4 bedrooms (the kids were able to have a room each and my husband and I used the 4th Bedroom as a dressing room.
Great location just 10 mins walk from the ski lift. We much preferred being in Le Chable rather than in Verbier (much quieter and more chilled out) and a lot better value for money as well. Great selection of kitchen equipment.
Thanks for a great stay
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming and the room comfortable. It was on the front of the hotel so a little noisy from traffic with the window open but good soundproofing when closed. The room was a good size. I had the set menu/half board for the evening meal and food was very good. The barman/waiter was attentive and entertaining. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. All in all good value.
The Fox room had one queen bed and a bunk bed. Very cozy and the balcony had the view of the mountain. The location was exceptional. It’s close by to the cables which connects to Verbier and other destinations such as Mont fort.
The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay light. The breakfast was also light and fresh. Free tea and coffee during the stay.
The owner was superb friendly and helpful. We were the only guests (three of us), so we could use all facilities. There is a very cousy common place with sofas, free coffee and chocolates :) There is a bakery in a building next to the hotel and market very very close too. There is a bar at the hotel, where one can buy beer or something too eat. The hotel is very close to the cable car.
Exceptional hosts, beautiful home, perfect location for skiing. Actually faster to get to the ski area staying here near the Gondola than many locations in Verbier. Hosts were beyond helpful with mountain knowledge, walked us through the ski map, and gave us recommendations for going out and dining. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location short walk from the bubble car up to Verbier. Friendly staff, great coffee. Surprisingly spacious rooms (usually bedrooms in the mountains are small!). Breakfast - buffet style continental - is simple but good. Shower was hot & powerful. Heated boot rack for ski boots!
Very charming little place, fresh plums from the tree out front, and a friendly cat named felix. Owner gave a real good effort to try to bridge the communication gap with two non-French speakers and helped us out with a discount for the cable car to Verbier.
Friendly host lady; conveyed lots of good info about my next day hiking destination. Very clean, very comfortable. I would rather stay in this BnB than the hotel close by starting with L in name - they would charge 117 franks for a **shared** bedroom!
Small boutique hotel - but with an elevator and lovely sauna for couples to schedule and use privately! Very close to the ski lift to transport to the snow line and skiing. Very good breakfast! staff was very friendly.
The Hosts are more than welcoming and they truly care about your stay and your well being. the property is very close to the main station Châble and the câble car taking you to Verbier.
Unusual budget hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Attentive staff. Small, odd shaped room, but it had a very comfortable bed, good closet space and clean bath.
The device, which is meant for Raclette but can do many other things too like pancakes. :) It is in a walking distance from the lift to Verbier. Wonderful view.
