Beatrice was a welcoming host, lovely selection of food for breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. The accomodation is spotlessly clean, I mean exceptionally clean. Would happily return. Cousset train station is right next door so very convenient but there is no noise in the rooms probably because there is triple glazed windows.

Excellent location on the square in the middle of the old town. Very nice Asian food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was good too. Helpful, friendly staff, quiet room at the back, it all made for a very nice experience in this charming town.

The breakfast was simple, fresh and tasty. Mine included a fried egg done in way that was so tasty. Compliments to the breakfast chef. This hotel restaurant has a Michelin star !!
Newly renovated in 2014, Youth Hostel Avenches is a 15-minute walk from the Avenches train station. It features a large garden with barbecue facilities and table tennis and pétanque options.

Only a 1-minute walk from the Old Town of Murten and a 5-minute walk from Lake Murten. Due to the renovation of one of our hotel wings, we currently no longer have a restaurant.
Montagny-la-Ville is a small rural town.
It is the perfect location to retreat from an excursion to Payerne or Frinourg in close proximities. It is surrounded by pastures and cows. I love hearing the sound of the bells attached to the grazing cows’ necks - it‘s very relaxing!
