The hotel is well located, the staff is super nice, the breakfast is good and the rooms are super clean. It was super good holidays and we had a problem to buy the ferry tickets but the receptionist bought it for us, sent them by mail. Without him we couldn't come to Maio and would have a lost the hotel so you can trust them and just relax during your stay. They also have a restaurant and the food is good.
The view from the rooftop is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet so it's relaxing.

The cottage is very nicely decorated; you immediately feel at home. It was very clean, both inside and outside on the terrace. Even without air conditioning it was pleasant inside. Thanks to the excellent, powerful shower, you can easily get rid of all the sand. The location is excellent; you are 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The hostess was extremely pleasant.

I have travelled all my life and Bernard is one of the most welcoming hosts I have ever had! The family welcomes you like old friends and makes you feel so comfortable. They generously share with you their love for and knowledge of Maio. Really I didn't want to leave! Bernard organized hiking for us and the pool was such a bonus! He's also an excellent chef! I would rate this house 20!
