Hotel located on a top of mountains. Everything is new. Comfort bed, clean and modern bath and shower. Nothing was broken. Everything what you need. View from window was stunning. I was traveling many places at mountains such as Swiss,Austria etc, and this is one of the best I visited. Personal was helpfull. Waiters in Restaurant was fast and friendly. Many possibilities walk around and many routes are not difficult. Restaurant has a huge terrace. So lovely seating there with coffee!

First of all: so warm, helpfull and freindly hosts and staff. Amazing people working there!
Great location, with stunning view. Room, showerooms and toilets were very clean, with all basic things you need. Showers were limited with time (3 minutes) because of ecological reasons - which we fully support! So for us it was not a problem at all, but maybe for some people may be..? We chose dubleroom with bathroom outside, with the window on the side of the building - the room hasn't got the "main", amazing view, but anyhow the view was cool - just from the other side of Serak. You try to catch a room with main view and bathroom - then you will feel as in the great hotel! Kitchen are serving super-tasty meals and you can choose from many options. Breakfast is ok - with some consummate and sweet options. But you have to hurry up to get what you want if it is crawded. We wanted to check in later and it was not a problem at all!

It is a really nice place close to the train station. Except the concrete appartment houses, the view is beautiful. Check out the bistro underneath the accomodation! The food is fantastic and the amount of it is just uneatable!
