The under floor heating and modern build was great! It had the best shower I have had in Germany! 7 minutes from Europa Park and 2 minutes from a supermarket made the location very good.
The staff were great, in particular Berta went the extra mile and made us very comfortable and actioned all requests nicely.
I would highly recommend!

Our room was in the main building and it was spacious (enough, for 4 people) and in excellent condition. All staff was very friendly and accommodating (e.g. quickly getting us an extra air fan and towels). The restaurant deserves a special mention as the quality of the food was outstanding! We enjoyed a very nice dinner in the biergarten during a tropically warm summer evening.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They heard us speaking English and French and would speak those languages - which made us further feel welcome. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The food is quite fresh!
