Warm welcome and friendly staff. Staff spoke good English (my German is very limited). The room was very comfortable and quiet despite being at the front of the hotel by the roundabout. It is not a busy road at all so did not affect the quality of my sleep even with the windows open all night. Breakfast was good, a selection of cheeses, meats and bread, boiled egg and coffee already on the table at the time selected the night before.

The hotel has a bar/restaurant, but it only opens when booked for a function. The town is dead. Most places around the area we stayed are closed permanently. The Chinese restaurant serve very nice food. Luckily we had friends to visit otherwise it would have been a waste of time to go there.
