Lovely apartment. Host is very helpful. Showed us the way to garage & spoke to the mechanic, when we needed some car service.
This hotel in the Old Town of Bad Säckingen offers daily breakfasts, free Wi-Fi and free public parking. It has a panoramic terrace overlooking the River Rhine.
The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Biergarten and the Rhein. Shower / bathroom were good, beds firm. We were a little worried about mosquitoes but the windows were all screened and we had no "nighttime visitors" Breakfast was good. The Greek Restaurant / Biergarten served excellent food and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is not far from the train station although a bit of a challenge with roll-along hand luggage.
Great location private parking for the bike. Good honest food and ample quatities. A short walk to the france / swiss border very picturesque. We eat out side same it was cold and raining would have been nicer with the weather but i dont think the hotel could arrange that. Would return , good price point.
The location is splendid. We had a room with a view over the Rhein, opposite from the historic facades on the Swiss side of Laufenburg, and only a minute's walk from the riverside, where you can walk in both directions along the river and enjoy the views. Really a lovely place to spend a night!
The location is spectacular, though much more impressive is the staff at this traditional historic hotel. Fabulous kitchen, great breakfast, booking a spot at the nearby public parking was arranged quickly.
- position is awesome - front of Reno.
- parking lot on the side of the hotel
- the rooms are new and very clean
- perfect for group of friends
- good breakfast
2nd time here and never disappointed..
Good hotel for relatively good price. Everything you need is there. Conditions of stay are fine. Switzerland is very close to you, and staying there would be much more expensive.
Breakfast was always fresh and lots of choice ,hotel was super clean, staff were all lovely and so polite, beds were really comfy,,showers were always hot everything was perfect.
